Liz had today off from work so we wanted to get a good training day in but also had some other errands to run. Our compromise...we quickly headed out for the same 45 mile ride I did yesterday. I've added the Garmin link below in case you care to compare the stats.

Looks so nice with the blossoming trees and flowers. Nothing is blooming in CT yet, maybe in a few more weeks. I was going to venture out for a 1 hour ride Wednesday, but the weather forcast predicts a "wintery mix" so I will be hitting the trainer hopefully for the last time this season again.
